Nicole Peasnell is a fertility naturopath based in Brisbane, with a special interest in uncovering the missing piece for women and couples experiencing unexplained infertility, recurrent miscarriage, and thyroid-related fertility challenges, along with supporting women with hormonal and thyroid concerns, across Australia and New Zealand, through telehealth. Nicole was inspired to become a Naturopath after navigating her own thyroid and reproductive health challenges and experiencing first-hand how personalised naturopathic care can make a difference.

I work with women and couples who are navigating some of the most emotionally exhausting chapters of their lives: unexplained infertility, failed implantation, recurrent miscarriage, and the fertility challenges that can come with an underactive thyroid or Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I also support women living with Endometriosis, PCOS, hormonal imbalance, irregular or absent periods, and the exhaustion of postnatal depletion.

After more than two decades supporting patients through fertility and hormonal challenges, I’ve learned one thing above all else. The answers are almost always there. Sometimes it takes a different lens to find them.

My approach is built on looking deeper. I use functional testing and clinical knowlegde to identify what previous pathology may have missed - the hormonal patterns, thyroid markers, immune factors, and nutritional gaps that quietly undermine fertility and hormone health. We’re not guessing. We’re investigating.

From there, I create an individualised, strategic plan. One that addresses your specific results, your history, and your goals. Whether you’re preparing for natural conception, navigating IVF, recovering after pregnancy loss, or simply trying to feel well again, the plan is designed around you.

My approach is evidence-informed and personalised. But more than anything it's focused on the outcome that matters most to you.

I've been a practising naturopath since 2003, with over 20 years of clinical experience supporting women and couples through hormonal and reproductive health challenges.

I am a member of the ATMS (Australian Traditional Medicine Society) and meet all ongoing clinical and CPD requirements for membership.

I am based in Brisbane, Queensland, and consult with clients across Australia and New Zealand via telehealth. Whether you’re in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, or a regional town with limited access to specialist support, you can access the same standard of naturopathic care from wherever you are.

Telehealth consultations are conducted via video call at a time that suits you. Functional testing and supplement recommendations can be fully coordinated remotely, so nothing is compromised by distance.
