How online Naturopathy works
The process is straightforward, and everything you need is sent to you directly.
Step 1 - Book your appointment
Choose your appointment time online. Once booked, you will receive a link to your online consultation platform - we use either Coviu or Zoom. No downloads or accounts are required; simply click the link.
Step 2 - Complete your pre-consultation questionnaire
In your booking confirmation email you will receive a pre-consultation questionnaire. Please complete this at least 24 hours before your appointment time. This helps us make the most of your consultation with us.
Step 3 - Join your consultation
Click your link 5 minutes before your appointment and wait in the virtual waiting room. We will meet you there at the time of your consultation, just as we would in a clinic.
Step 4 - Your treatment plan, delivered to you
Following your consultation, your treatment plan and any prescription recommendations can be arranged for you. Supplement orders, any relevant pathology or functional test kits can also be arranged for you where relevant.

One of the most common questions we hear is: "Will it be as thorough online?" Yes - the process is exactly the same.
During your initial consultation, we will work through your full case history together, exploring your health background, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals in detail. We will take the time to explain what we see as the contributing factors to what you are experiencing, and what can be done to address them.
A comprehensive treatment plan is provided, and any supplements or herbal medicines can be arranged to be sent to you. Follow-up consultations are available online as needed, allowing us to track your progress, review results, and adjust your plan as you move forward.

What happens during a Naturopathic consultation?
During your initial consultation, we run through your case history and ask questions about your health, lifestyle, and goals. We discuss what we see as the underlying drivers or obstacles to achieving your health aspirations and what can be done to address them. Relevant testing may be reviewed or recommended, and a treatment plan is provided. Follow-up appointments may be recommended depending on your individual needs.
Can I get supplements and test kits sent to me?
Yes we help arrange for supplements or herbal medicines if they are part of your treatment plan to be ordered and sent to you if you reside within Australia or New Zealand. Functional test kits can also be arranged and sent to you. Pathology testing may be required to be completed at a lab near you if applicable.
Can I have an online naturopathic consultation from overseas?
At this stage, Seed and Flourish offers online naturopathy consultations for those residing within Australia or New Zealand only. We are unable to offer consultations to those based outside of these countries. You may however wish to shop our online store for E-Books that may be relevant to your needs and available worldwide.
