You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services. If you are under 18 years of age a parent or legal guardian must be present for the consultation.

We reserve the right to change or modify these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Orders and deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. No product will be sent out without prior payment. We aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible, however please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of seedandflourish.com. Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not offer returns or refunds for any products for change of mind, any products damaged by you, or if the therapeutic process has not met your expectations. Individual results vary and therefore cannot be guaranteed. If any products posted to you have been damaged in transit, or if the wrong item has been sent to you, please contact us as soon as possible. If there are any other issues, please contact Seed and Flourish directly to discuss these.

If you are in the business of creating similar documents, goods or services for the purpose of providing them for a fee to users, whether they be business users or domestic users, then you are a competitor of seedandflourish.com. seedandflourish.com expressly excludes and does not permit you to use or access our website, to download any documents or information from its website or obtain any such documents or information through a third party. If you breach this term then seedandflourish.com will hold you fully responsible for any loss that we may sustain and further hold you accountable for all profits that you might make from such unpermitted and improper use. Seedandflourish.com reserves the right to exclude and deny any person access to our website, services or information in our sole discretion.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for all consultation services must be made in full a minimum of 24 hours before the consultation date. If booking the consultation online, you will be prompted to make the payment for the consultation at the time of booking. If booked via the clinic you will receive an invoice prompting payment which is required a minimum of 24 hrs before your consultation. Alternatively, pre-payments for consultations can be made via bank transfer - contact us directly to arrange this. Consultations will be cancelled 24 hrs prior if payment has not been received. Payments for any prescribed products, including herbs and supplements, must be made at each consultation. Where you have been provided an invoice for herbs and supplements payment must be made in accordance to the due date on the invoice.

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars.

Private health fund rebates are currently not available for naturopathic consultations in Australia.

Seed and Flourish reserves the right to change consultation pricing without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Seed and Flourish has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy in place. Any appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled only outside of 24 hours from the consultation date. Any late cancellations or reschedules will incur a $50 fee. Due to the time required to provide you with the best care in consultation, If you are more than 10 mins late to your appointment it may be deemed a late cancellation and cancellation fees apply. No refunds will be provided if you have a late cancellation, late reschedule or do not show for your appointment at the booked time.

Where your practitioner is ill or otherwise, and therefore unavailable for your consultation, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule your appointment without penalty.

DISPUTES

Seed and Flourish is located in Brisbane, Queensland. These terms and conditions are subject to the governing law of Queensland.

If any issues arise for you from your use of our services, this website or related social media pages, you agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the issue through respectful discussion with Seed and Flourish.
